Pools and Spas:
By submitting payment for your stay at Frankie's Place, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following House Rules.
Use swimming pools and spas at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must have adult supervision at all times when using. Only adults may operate pool covers and features. No food or beverages in pool/spa.
Air Conditioning:
Please do not set any thermostats below 72°. The main floor is equipped with “mini splits” so it’s most efficient when each thermostat is set to the same temperature.
Parking:
All parking is in front of the home. Parking inside the garage (on the sports court) is not allowed.
Kitchenware and Utensils:
Each kitchen has dedicated kitchenware. Please keep items on their designated sides and return any moved items.
Internet:
WiFi is provided for your convenience. Illegal activities and tampering with equipment/service are prohibited.
Smoking:
No smoking (vaping, or use of e-cigarettes) is allowed on property. Smoking permitted only in private vehicles or across the street in the parking area.
Pets/Animals:
No pets or animals are allowed on the property.
Plumbing system:
Flush only toilet paper. Do not flush: feminine hygiene products, paper towels, wet wipes (even those that say they’re flushable, diapers, ect. These will clog the system. There will be a $300 charge if the system needs to be cleaned out.
Care of the Home:
Please maintain all property, furnishings, and equipment in excellent condition. Do not move furniture, damage sports equipment, tear holes in foam blocks, or alter the property in any way. Clean any spills or messes promptly to prevent staining. Cleaning supplies are provided throughout the home - please contact management if you need assistance locating them.
Liability:
Frankie's Place assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings. By making payment, guests acknowledge they assume all risks associated with use of the premises.
